基本流程

【網申】在投行官網上填寫個人信息，上傳 CV和 coveringletter ；

【線上測試】投行會發郵件讓你做幾個 onlinetests ，心理測試和性格測試等。

【電話面試】投行通知參加電話面試，有時候不止一次（ tips ：電話面試，可以事先在本子上準備好一些問題的答案）；

【現場面試】投行那邊就會邀請做現場面試，很重要（ tips ：穿的正式點，畢竟面對的是投行高層管理人員）；

【評鑒】這是最后一輪評估，大致會考查下你的態度，團體協作能力什么的（ tips ：表現的自信一點，但也不要盲目做領頭人）。

這些流程都過一遍，恭喜，接下來就可以坐等投行的 offer 了。
