麻省理工學院房地產項目，Master of Science in Real Estate Development（MSRED）,開設在MIT的房地產研究中心，MIT Center for Real Estate， 是個full-time且on-campus 的項目。

大部分的院校將這個項目的學習時間設置為2年，在正式學習房地產相關課程之前會先學習一些普通的商業課程。但是MIT 不一樣，它的MSRED是一年期項目，分Fall, Spring 和Summer 三個學期，課程也只涉及房地長和其相關方面。不過如果你在夏季學期有實習或者別的一些機會，那么你可以將項目從11個月延長到16個月， 并把畢業論文放到之后的秋季學期去完成。項目的授課老師除了在該領域活動的教師和專業人士以外，來自該行業的客座講師提供額外的視角。

課程解析

為了讓學生們對房地產的各個方面有一個全面的了解，課程通常將講課與案例分析和作業結合起來，模擬在工作場所遇到的情況。所以學生們有機會學習到真實的房地長公司的真實項目，可謂是把理論和實踐做了完美的融合。該項目一共有7門核心課程，10門選修課。具體的課程如下：
