隨著人們經濟水平的提高，對于很多家庭來說，留學不再是一個可望而不可及的事情，許多人都想要留學，那其中預警留英小伙伴丨跟海外網絡郵件詐騙說不！？針對這個問題，下面中國教育在線小編就來和大家分享一下。

　　每年7月份是英國入學語言班的高峰期，很多第一次到達英國甚至第一次出國的小伙伴在異國他鄉，開始了本該完美的學習和留學生活，但是不法分子恰恰瞄準了新生對陌生環境不太熟悉的心理，通過假冒學校官方電子郵件或假冒大使館電話等方式，巧立繳納學費和住宿費等名目，騙取學生銀行卡和信用卡信息，致使大部分學生蒙受經濟損失。

　　望各位學生在入讀和抵英繳納任何費用中，警惕郵箱中收到的“假冒”郵件，任何涉及交錢的鏈接都不要輕易點擊或輸入銀行卡信息，任何涉及到金錢的郵件請第一時間聯系自己的留學顧問老師！！

　　面對近期不少留學生被騙損失的情況，英國各個大學也陸續官方發布了警惕郵件，其中倫敦藝術大學、曼徹斯特大學和謝菲爾德大學官方應對如下： 

　　劃重點：

　　1. NEVER give your personal details to anyone, either online or over the phone. Legitimate organisations will never ask for copies of your passport or ID card in this way.

　　1.不要在網上或電話上向任何人透露個人信息。正規機構絕不會以這種方式要求您提供護照或身份證的復印件。

　　2. NEVER tell anyone the long number on the front of your bank card, or the three digit security code on the back. This is private information and you are the only person who will ever need to know it.

　　2.千萬不要告訴任何人你銀行卡正面的卡號，或背面的三位數安全碼。這是私人信息，你是唯 一需要知道這些信息的人。

　　3. The real police or other legitimate agencies will NEVER ask you to transfer money to them, under any circumstances.

　　3.在任何情況下，真正的警察或其他合法機構都不會要求你向他們轉賬。

　　4. Just because a phone number or email address looks real, it does not mean it is. If you are not sure, contact the organisation directly through a method of communication you trust.

　　4.有些電話號碼或電子郵件地址看起來像真的，但并不意味著它就是真的。如果您不確定，請通過您信任的聯系方式直接與機構聯系。

　　所以各位小伙伴，一定不要輕信陌生郵件和電話以任何名義索取姓名、住址、家庭情況、銀行賬戶等個人信息以及轉賬、匯款的要求。涉及匯款事宜務必認真判斷、謹慎轉賬。

　　其中，中華人民共和國曼徹斯特總領事館也官方發布了警惕詐騙的信息，聯系方式見截圖！！

　　最后，如不幸上當受騙，應及時向英警方和國內公安機關報案，同時盡快聯系本人賬戶開戶行，要求采取止付、凍結等相應措施。受害人無法直接向國內公安機關報案的，可通過國內近親屬及時報案并向報案地反電信網絡詐騙中心請求幫助，也可撥打110后請其協助轉接反詐中心。
