專業整體分析

人力資源這個專業大致分為兩個方向:

人力資源管理(HumanResource Management)和

國際人力資源管理(International Human ResourceManagement)。

人力資源管理專業培養具備管理、經濟、法律及人力資源管理等方面的知識和能力，能在事業單位及政府部門從事人力資源管理以及教學、科研方面工作的工商管理學科專門人才。

相較而言，人力資源管理專業的實際操作性較強，課程能夠讓同學接觸到人力資源領域涉及的方方面面問題:而國際人力資源管理專業則注重宏觀戰略和全球人力資源問題。

課程設置

英國大學的人力資源管理專業主要分三個方向:

Human ResourceManagement(HRM)

Human Resource Development(HRD)

Human ResourceOrganisation(HRO)

所涉及到的課程內容主要有:人力資源規劃、招聘與配置、培訓與開發、績效管理、薪酬管理、勞動關系管理六個方面。

就業前景

可以選擇在企業或事業單位從事HR、培訓、咨詢、考核、獵頭等工作，就業崗位比如人事主管、人力資源專員、行政助理、招聘專員等等。HR在企業主要負責的是人員招聘、員工培訓、績效管理、員工關系維護等，影響到公司的整體發展。

院校推薦&申請要求

首先，我們要知道一個認證—CIPD (TheChartered Institute of Personnel and Development，英國人力資源協會)，是從事人力管理和發展職業專業人士的組織。

英國部分大學的HR專業擁有CIPD認證，在英國受到 CIPD認證的HR課程含金量是非常高的。這個認證對于回國進入外企工作或者留英就業都非常有優勢。當同學順利完碩士課程以及CIPD的所有內容，可以自動成為CIPD的成員，獲取申請認證的資格。
