This topic reminds me of a Japanese sushi restaurant named ‘Isshin Japanese Cuisine', which has four branches in Beijing. And the one I often hit is housed in Wudaokou, where several universities including Tsinghua University are situated.

About 3 years ago, I was recommended by my best friend to try it. And the restaurant impressed me a lot by its great price for authentic sushi as well as its aesthetic of a warm, woody interior with large pieces of beautiful Japanese art. The restaurant is very nicely laid out, clean and tidy with good service.

However, what I want to introduce most is its wonderful food. Sushi rolls and sashimi are pretty tasty, and the most popular special is the remarkable tonkatsu, an enormous plate featuring deep-fried pork cutlet served with lashings of plum sauce, shredded cabbage and rice. When I first ordered the dish, I hesitated for a while. But when it was served, I was definitely sure that my choice was correct. I start to be a fan for this restaurant for years, and the quality of food is improving. Anyway, the Isshin Restaurant is indeed a great place to grab a bite to eat.

這個話題讓我想起了一家名為“lsquo；“Isshin日本料理”，在北京有四家分店。我經常去的那所學校位于五道口，那里有包括清華大學在內的幾所大學。

大約三年前，我最好的朋友推薦我試試。這家餐廳給我留下了深刻的印象，它的正宗壽司價格很高，還有溫暖的木質內飾和精美的日本藝術品。餐廳布置得很好，干凈整潔，服務很好。
