(1) 只保留前幾個字母

information(info)，exchange(exch)，accountant(acc)，advice(adv)，balance(bal)，certificate(cert)，company(co.)，extent(ext)，exchange(exch)，important(imp)，insurance(ins)，individual(indiv)，minimum(min)，manufacture(manuf)，observe(obs)，obtain(obt)，patent(pat)，reference(ref)，temporary(temp)

(2) 刪除部分元音

apartment(apt)，according(acdg)，market(mkt)，address(ads)，amount(amt)，conference(cnf)，conform(cfm)，departure(dept)，flight(flt)，good(gd)，interested(intst)，impossible(imps)，message(msg)，manager(mgr)，model(mdl)，please(pls)，repeat(rpt)，receive(rcv)，standard(std)，trade(trd)

(3)根據讀音替代

are(r)，you(u)，for(4)，to(2)

(4) 首字母縮寫

at least(al)，as soon as possible(asap)，care of(c/o)，in stead of(i/o)

(5) 數字和字母結合

星期一可以寫成1w，星期二寫成2w，以此類推。

一月可以寫成1m，二月可以寫成2m，依此類推。

(6) 符號

1)→導致lead to/result in

2)-追溯/來源于come/go back to/originate

3)t提升/發展/加強 improve/develop/strengthen/promote/boost

4)ht 上升up/upward/rise

5)VS與…….成為對手match/rival/competitor/counterpart/against

6)s大約about/around/approximately

7)>大于/快于/好于/優于bigger/faster/larger/greater/better

8)<少于/小于less/smaller9)+多/很多many/a lot of

10)-少/很少little/few

11)!特別關注/注意 pay attention to

12)ll結束 end/stop/halt/bring sth.to a standstill

(7)中文代替
