改變動機
- 最近因為學業壓力,我經常熬夜,加上飲食不健康,我的皮膚狀態很不好。
- 然后我在YouTube上看到一個博主上傳的30天戒糖挑戰的視頻以后我決定戒糖。
- Recently, because of academic pressure, I often stay up late, and my diet is not healthy, hence my skin was in a bad state.
- Then I saw a video of a 30-day sugar-free challenge uploaded by a blogger on YouTube. I decided to quit sugar.
新的計劃
- 我的戒糖計劃不是非常的嚴格,比如完全不吃精制米面如米飯,我做不到這個程度。
- 我的計劃是戒掉一切的含糖飲料,比如可樂和酸奶。喝咖啡也會避免選擇拿鐵,只喝美式。
- 還有就是不吃糖,少吃零食。
- My sugar withdrawal plan is not very strict. For example, forbidding refined rice noodles like rice is so hard that I cant do this.
- My plan is to quit all sugary drinks like cola and yogurt. I planned to drink Americano only when I want to drink coffee. Furthermore, sugary snacks also disappeared from my life.
個人感受
- 我最初以為我堅持不了多久,但是現在我已經堅持了三個多月了。
- 戒糖給我帶來最直觀的變化就是身體變得輕盈,而且不像以前那么容易困,每天都很精神。
- 后來我才知道原來糖對身體的傷害非常大,而且根本就沒有營養。我希望我可以一直堅持這樣低糖的生活方式。
- I thought I couldnt hold on for a long time, but now I have been insisting for more than three months.
- The most intuitive change that happened is that my body becomes light and not frequently feel tired than I used to be, I am spiritual every day.
